Role Overview

At Thousands of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (ToYm), we are looking for an AI Content Editor to produce high-volume short-form video content. This role focuses on speed, consistency, and leveraging AI tools to generate, edit, and optimize videos for digital platforms.

You will be responsible for turning raw content into multiple short videos efficiently while maintaining strong hooks, pacing, and engagement.

Job Description
  • Edit and produce high-volume short videos daily from existing content and footage.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate video editing, clipping, and content generation workflows.
  • Structure videos with strong hooks, fast pacing, and platform-optimized formats.
  • Add subtitles, captions, and on-screen text to enhance engagement.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
  • Work closely with content and marketing teams to meet output targets.
  • Follow content formats and templates to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Adjust editing approach based on performance feedback and trends.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in video editing using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
  • Familiar with AI tools for video editing and content generation.
  • Strong understanding of short-form content and platform behaviour (TikTok, Reels).
  • Able to produce high-volume content consistently under tight timelines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of pacing and engagement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, output-driven environment.
  • Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
