Role Overview

Execute end-to-end content creation and publishing while leveraging AI tools to produce engaging, high-performing social media content.

At Thousands of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (ToYm), we are looking for a Content Creator to handle the full execution of social media content. You will be responsible for producing, editing, writing, and publishing content across platforms, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality in daily output.

This role focuses on execution — turning ideas into finished content that is ready to be posted and optimized for performance.

Job Description
  • Execute content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.
  • Shoot, edit, and finalize short-form video content for daily posting.
  • Write captions, hooks, and post copy for all published content.
  • Manage and publish content directly across social media platforms.
  • Ensure content is aligned with platform trends and formats.
  • Utilize AI tools to support video creation, editing, and content production workflows.
  • Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to execute assigned content directions.
  • Maintain consistency in content output, quality, and posting schedule.
  • Monitor basic performance and adjust execution accordingly.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in content creation, video production, or social media execution.
  • Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
  • Familiar with AI tools for content creation and editing.
  • Good writing skills for captions and short-form content copy.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Able to execute content quickly and consistently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, output-driven environment.
  • Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
