Acquire Better Users. Improve Retention. Build Repeatable Growth.
At Thousands of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (ToYm), we are looking for a Growth Manager or Senior Growth Manager to drive measurable, sustainable user growth for BiteShorts across awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, referral and monetisation. This is not just media buying: acquire high-quality users who stay engaged and create long-term platform value.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Growing BiteShorts requires more than increasing ad spend. Work with Product, Content, Design and Data to improve the full funnel and build repeatable growth systems.
What You Will Own
Who We Are Looking For
We care more about the users acquired, platforms grown and results achieved than years worked. Show consumer-app growth initiatives where you owned budgets, targets or the funnel. Explain starting and ending user base, spend, channels, CPI/CAC, activation, retention, LTV/ROAS or revenue, and your personal contribution. Experience scaling from an early stage to 100,000 users or more is an advantage. Hands-on Meta, TikTok, Google or Apple Search Ads and Firebase/GA4/AppsFlyer/Adjust knowledge is valuable.
What Matters More Than Years or Certificates
Can you acquire users who stay, improve activation and retention, scale repeatable growth and take corrective action? No strict minimum years or degree requirement.
Rewards & Growth
Own measurable BiteShorts growth initiatives; work across acquisition, product, content and monetisation; build repeatable growth systems and take on broader responsibilities.
This Role Is For You If…
You know buying installs is only the beginning. Acquire better users, improve their experience and build growth that lasts. Come build BiteShorts’ user-growth engine.
How to Apply
Submit your resume and one or two verifiable growth case studies showing budget, CPI/CAC, retention, LTV or revenue impact and your contribution. Shortlisted candidates should be prepared for a live case involving a 300,000-user target and RM500,000 budget.
