Pavane For An Infant
The baby hatch, a deeply controversial subject within Malaysia's conservative society. Some see it as a symbol of moral decay, while others view it as a refuge for women in desperate circumstances. "Pavane for an Infant" tells the story of the female workers, Lai Sum (Fish Liew), Fatimah, Sister Kam, and Nurul, at a baby hatch, who tirelessly helps marginalized women navigate the complexities of bodily autonomy and societal judgment.
As Ramadan nears its end, a teenage girl, Siew Man (Natalie Hsu), lingers outside the baby hatch centre, caught between keeping her baby or undergoing an abortion. Lai Sum steps forward, hoping to pull her out of despair—only to find herself again entangled in the oppressive undercurrents of theocracy and patriarchy...

Snow In Midsummer
Produced by SunStrong Entertainment and directed by Chong Keat Aun, the film "Snow In Midsummer" has sparked widespread discussion among domestic and international media following its global premiere. Synopsis:
On May 13, 1969, following the Malaysian general election, tension filled the air. Ah Eng and her mother watched an opera, "The Injustice to Dou E: Show in June" at a temple, while her father and brother attended the "Majestic Theatre" to watch the Taiwanese film "The Jilted". Unexpectedly, riots broke out, the government declared martial law, and blood was shed in Kuala Lumpur. Ah Eng's father and brother went missing without a trace... Forty-nine years later, on the same date, Ah Eng is on a quest to find the remains of her father and brother at a chaotic burial ground. There she meets Dou E, the former opera troupe master. Through the view of two kids (Hero & Feng) to bring out the sentiment moments about the people and the settings, this film also inspires audiences to be brave in the journey of chasing our dream, be our own Hero!
Zombitopia
15 years later, the world is still recovering from a zombie virus epidemic when a new strain of the virus surfaces amidst the population of Malaysia. Zidik who was orphaned during the first wave of the virus finds himself at risk of losing everyone he has ever cared about for the second time. Discovering that he is in fact immune to the virus, Zidik is brought head-to-head with the mastermind behind the latest zombie attack, Dr Rahman.

Escape Plan: The Extractors
After security expert Ray Breslin (Sylvester Stallone) is hired to rescue the kidnapped daughter of a Hong Kong tech mogul from a formidable Latvian prison, Breslin’s girlfriend (Jaime King) is also captured. It is revealed that the man behind the kidnappings is a son of a former friend-turned-enemy. Now he and his team must pull off a deadly rescue mission to confront their sadistic foe and save the hostages before time runs out.
Big Three Dragons

Synopsis:

Best Story
The short film of Best Story narrates the lessons that separate groups of people have learned in their life paths. The stories happened when the money game has collapsed in Malaysia. The storyline begins with Chen Yao Zu (Starred by Jack Yap), who always seems to succeed in every stage of his life but unfortunately not. Chen Yao Zu was a loser in his study life, working life and love story. Therefore, Chen Yao Zu is expecting killing Darren (Starred by Jack Lim) would change his fate.

ToYm Double Awards Ceremony
The awards ceremony for the ToYm Best Micro Drama Competition and the ToYm Micro Drama Scriptwriting Competition, proudly hosted by Thousands of Years Media, concluded successfully.
The event was a star-studded celebration, blending professional recognition with a rich audiovisual experience. The night opened with a dynamic performance by the ToYm Shining Star Idol Champions, delivering powerful vocals and energetic dance routines that lit up the stage.
ToYm’s newly signed artist Fatimah Noryyah captivated the audience with her ethereal voice, resonating throughout the venue. The ceremony also featured a bold and innovative fashion showcase by ToYm Wardrobe, presenting their latest designs on the runway.
A special segment of the night featured International Master of Memory Teo Kim Foo, who took the stage to share practical memory techniques live with the audience, offering valuable insights into improving memory.

In just 7 days, the team successfully created 50 dazzling Neon Fashion ensembles with enthusiasm and skilled craftsmanship, which were beautifully showcased on stage by 40 contestants of the 2024 Miss Tourism International.
Through rain and shine, the bus convoy transported these 50 exquisite costumes to Kuala Lumpur, successfully completing the costume showcase at the Thousands of Years Media Press Conference, and setting a new Malaysian Book of Records entry for the “Fashion Event with the Most World Nationality Participants.”

Hakka MV "Heaven Next Door" produced by SunStrong Entertainment, and song co-produced by Studio Tingkat 2 Blok Depan, Hakka Affairs Council and the Malaysian Cultural Creativity and Education Association.
The MV highlights on the special moments which bring you back to the traditional letters and handwritten words. The MV tells the story of two female college students from different eras using sincere words to develop their friendship across time and space.
This is a "Eh Wau Bule" across time, space and language, which integrates Taiwanese Hakka, Malaysian Hakka Chinese, Kelantanese Minnan dialect, and Kelantanese Malay dialect to share care without borders through music.

We’re thrilled to announce that our judging panel is hard at work reviewing the entries for SunStrong Entertainment’s Scam Prevention Short Film Contest. As the anticipation builds, we’ll soon reveal the top 10 finalists of the open and student categories on the 2nd of June 2023.
Our contest’s awards ceremony will be taking place at the prestigious Conrad Hotel in Beijing. This event will be power-packed and a great experience, and we’re happy to invite 2 representatives of each entry that makes it into the top 10 of the open and student categories to join the ceremony. SunStrong Entertainment will bear all travel, accommodation, and meal costs for the 2 representatives during the trip.

With love and kindness coming together, warmth filled the air as a meaningful Joyful Chinese New Year Charity Performance successfully wrapped up at the Dewan SJK(C) Nam Hua in Keledang, Perak. This charity event aimed to raise funds for a firefighting water tanker, with SunStrong Entertainment joining hands with Sin Chew Daily and other media partners to contribute to this noble cause, successfully raised a total of RM500,888.88.

After going through the hardships of the pandemic, you can't wait to finally go home to celebrate the Lunar New Year in 2023... Do you still remember the traditional element of the Lunar New Year and the classic accents from your hometown? The MV was directed by Golden Horse Award Winning Director and classic accent archaeologist for the last 18 years, Chong Keat Aun.
The music video connects the beautiful Hakka, Guangfu, Hainan, Chaozhou and Nyonya Fujian folk tunes with dragon and lion dances, festive drumming, Chinese opera music, the aboriginal sape, etc. At the same time, harvesting at the end of the year in anticipation of the upcoming prosperous new year.

More than 2000 music lovers gathered at the concert to feel the unique charm of this great classical music culture. At the beginning of the new year, the classic accents and us are reunited after a long time. After two years of enduring the pandemic, the local Chinese folk arts in Malaysia are in danger. Fortunately, many folk artists are still persevering and looking forward to the day when the on-stage performing arts industry recovers. Chong Keat Aun, who won at 57th Golden Horse Awards as the "Best New Director", convened the precious local Chinese cultural heritage by gathering various different Chinese folk artist and produced the "New Year's reunion" local New Year MV in a full traditional style to congratulate all Chinese people around the world for the Year of The Tiger!

4th MIFFest
Hosted by Jazz Film and co-organized by SunStrong Entertainment, the 4th Malaysia International Film Festival (MIFFest) will be held from 5th December to 10th December 2020.
MIFFest has been adhering to humanitarianism as the core theme of the film festival since its inception, and this year is of course no exception. The festival will screen about 20 films from all over the world this year, and will focus on three screening series：World Cinema Masterpieces, Highlights of Asian Cinema and Spotlight on Malaysian Filmmakers.
In addition to film screenings, MIFFest will also organize events such as seminars or master classes related to film production during the film festival. We sincerely invite all friends to follow MIFFest!
