The film, produced by SunStrong Entertainment, had its world premiere at the Tokyo International Film Festival.
Focusing on themes of humanity and women’s issues, the film tells the story of a group of female volunteers in Kuala Lumpur who work around the clock at a baby hatch, tirelessly safeguarding new lives and fulfilling the duties of motherhood. Each volunteer not only dedicates herself to rescuing newborns but also confronts the trauma they bear due to gender inequities.
Through this film, we hope to inspire more people to reflect on the importance of new life, women’s resilience, and social equality.
