Mother Bhumi successfully premiered at the 38th Tokyo International Film Festival!
All three screenings sold out within just 30 minutes of ticket sales opening, and the audience response was overwhelmingly positive. Director Chong Keat Aun, together with stars Fan Bingbing, Natalie Hsu, and Bai Run-yin, joined the post-screening Q&A sessions to share behind-the-scenes stories and insights into the film’s evocative portrayal of life in a border town.
